The Charlotte Edwards Foundation will be pleased to announce and award various Grants periodically throughout the year. All Grants will be awarded based upon the requester successfully completing application criteria. Applications will be judged with anonymity using a scoring method. In some instances there may be an interview process. Successful applicant(s) will be notified on or before the published award date.

My BACKYARD
Do you have a need in your own backyard?
This grant focuses on supporting individuals or teams within your local community. CEF will consider funding programs or needs that will help individuals who are disadvantaged or teams that may need extra support as they develop and grow. For example, do you need assistance with starting a new team, or help with paying travel costs to attend training or trials? Maybe you want to run an event that will positively impact your community, or upskill coaches who need certification. Whatever the need in your backyard, we will consider applications for funding.

kit & EQUIPMENT
No shoes, no shirt, no bat?

The kit and equipment program is designed to ensure that under-resourced players and teams have what they need in order to play for fun or play competitively and safely. Whether it is starter kits for youngsters playing the game for the first time, or an aspiring elite player who has worn out her shoes and cannot afford to replace them, CEF will strive to assist by providing funding or supplying kit and equipment.

Scholarship program for individual(s) aspiring to play or coach at the highest level.
The Mentorship Program will be custom-designed for the player or coach and support their developmental needs in a holistic manner to help prepare the individual for a high-performing environment.

CEF MEMBERSHIP
Become a Friend of the Charlotte Edwards Foundation​.

For those individuals who are not in a position to sign up and pay to become a Friend of the Charlotte Edwards Foundation, we encourage you to apply for free membership! The CEF will grant a limited number of free annual memberships to qualifying individuals. For the purpose of discretion, grants awarded will not be publicly announced.

CAMPS & Events
On occasions, the Charlotte Edwards Foundation will provide financial assistance toward the cost of attending camps and events.
The CEF, at its discretion, may provide financial assistance to qualifying individuals in need of support. For the purpose of discretion, scholarships or assistance awarded in conjunction with Grant 5 will not be publicly announced.
